How can I get an order to ship the same day?

Most of our items can and will be shipped the same day as long as the order is placed by 3pm (est). If you have special rush delivery needs please contact one of our Customer Sales and Service Representatives can help you determine the best option for you.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Most of our items can and will be shipped the same day as the order is placed as long as the order is placed by 3 pm (est). If any of your items are being customized the items take 2-3 weeks to be created. Be sure to add the 2-3 weeks with the method of shipping you choose to get your total ship time. Ground Shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days, Three Day Select is 3 business days, Second Day Air is 2 business days and Next Day Air is 1 business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday)

Can I get my items customized?

Yes! We can screen print, embroider and/or tackle twill your desired design on just about anything . . . uniforms, shirts, shorts, travel suits, bags and more. Do Uniforms, Tees, Bags and Travel Suits include customization in the price?

No, we list the Screen Printing, Tackle Twill and Embroidery information and pricing separately so you can customize your look uniquely for your team and budget.

Can I phone my order in and pay by check or check by phone?

Yes, when placing an order, tell your Customer Sales and Service Representative that you will be sending a check. Your order will be sent when we receive your payment. To expedite your order you can pay with a check by phone. When using this option you will need to supply information from your check when you call.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we to ship to 48 Contiguous States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands. Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii must be quoted separately.

What is your return policy?

  • Fill out a return/exchange form and use the supplied address label. Make sure you include the invoice/order number to ensure correct and timely credit.
  • Ship to girls got game; c/o Athletica, INC.; Attn: Returns Department; 200 North Main Street; Suite 3; Perry, New York 14530 via a trackable ship method (UPS, USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex) to be sure we receive the items for proper credit.
  • If exchanging, we will ship exchange items with applicable shipping charges added.

All non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of shipment to you. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please do not write on shoe boxes. Customized items are not returnable.
